I truly enjoyed working with Kite Tech! I recently started working with a new company and of course my first couple of days involved getting things in order. I spoke with Cheyene who assisted me with getting setup. After the call, he continued to follow up via email. I cannot stress enough how important customer service is to the success of a business. You cannot rely on consumers to keep your business going, but you have employees who refuse to take the time to offer good customer service. Thankfully, my experience with Kite Tech was not that way. I don't mind ever having to reach out to them again for anything. I trust the job will be done!

I recently had an issue with Hawksoft, our tracking platform. I reached out to Kite Tech for help. Chris got back to me within that business day and was super helpful. He listened, asked a number of good questions, and then connected me with the right tech person at Hawksoft who was able to resolve my issues.
