KiteTech Offers Full-Service Applied Systems Epic Migration and Optimization On Your Terms

While it can take up to 9 months for larger companies to complete a full Applied Systems Epic migration, there’s no reason it shouldn’t happen on your terms. After all, you know your business best. We initially began work with a client based in Massachusetts to migrate them from AMS 360 to Applied Epic, with the goal of activating their new system as quickly as possible.

To kick the process off, we conducted employee training with their managers and on-site trainers and helped them write new workflows that promoted increased operational efficiency. We then completed the security assessments and configuration of their new Epic system. Executive planning sessions were a great place for us to lend guidance and provide support where it was needed most.

In the early stages, we worked through Epic data conversion issues department by department and wrote testing scenarios to ensure seamless data migration. We finished with report training and directed staff on how to use these tools for data validation.
