The Download Results screen is an interactive Communication Log within Applied Epic. From this screen, you can load multiple sessions of data, filter to identify patterns, address download errors, and even have items resent from IVANS.

In this blog, you will learn how to easily navigate, filter, and review your Download Results. You’ll also gain tips and tricks for spotting errors, checking out details, tweaking display settings, and using the resend feature. Searching the Download Results Screen

The screen remains blank when first loaded and displays content after a search is performed.

Under the Locate section, choose the download Session time frame. A download Session refers to any time items that are processed from Suspense or downloaded, including morning and instant downloads. Each Session generates its own Communication Log, and data from all sessions are available here.

Session Filter for Download Results Screen
  • All – All data retained by IVANS.
  • Custom – A custom range that is entered after the Locate button is clicked.
  • Last 12 hours – All data from Sessions ran in the last 12 hours.
  • Last 24 hours – All data from Sessions ran in the last 24 hours.
  • Last 36 hours – All data from Sessions ran in the last 36 hours.
  • Last Session Run – The last Session that was run.
  • Today – All data from the current date.

The Section dropdown allows you to search by the type of download. Where the Communication Log has everything on one report, the Section dropdown allows you to choose to view, for example, only eDocs or Policies download. You may also choose to display only Errors, which is a particularly useful feature of this screen. Selecting Errors in the Section field will show errors for all areas of download.
