The Vertafore/AMS360 Consultant will provide expert consulting on the AMS360 agency management system to assist insurance agencies in successfully migrating to AMS360 and/or maximizing the value of AMS360 for their agency. The primary role of the Consultant is to understand the specific agency management priorities and requirements of the client and recommend system configurations and workflows that will optimally meet the client’s objectives. The Consultant will have the freedom to recommend and deliver solutions suited to the clients’ needs.
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join the KiteTech Help Desk Team! The Tier 1 Technician is responsible for handling first level support of service requests. This relates to all end user technology issues, to include: workstations, printers, email flow, and vendor specific hardware and software. The technician also performs field service duties on client sites often at the direction of more experienced personnel.
