Assessment Process

Just like a vehicle, your agency’s Applied Epic system may be due for a regular tune-up to ensure it’s running smoothly and efficiently for your teams. That’s where Kite Technology’s Agency Consulting team can step in to assist. Our Applied Epic Consultants will conduct an assessment in four phases to check the effectiveness of your agency’s accounting or Epic utilization and provide an action plan to address your most pressing issues.

Is your agency using the Accounting features within Epic to their fullest capabilities? Areas of review include accounting configuration, processes, workflows, GL balances, and more.

Whether you select a servicing assessment or accounting assessment (or both), the process is parsed into four phases. Here’s a walkthrough for what you can expect.

Phase 1: Discovery Questionnaire

To squeeze the most out of your live data review and assessment with the Kite Technology Consulting team, you will receive a questionnaire to complete ahead of time. This questionnaire will include key information, such as:

Phase 2: Live Data review & Configuration Deep Dive

In this 2-hour virtual meeting, your KiteTech Agency Consultant will review your Applied Epic database*, audit your staff’s workflow activity, and execute various Epic system reports to:

*Agency must assign one member of their team to log into Epic to share their screen for the live data review. User must have Enterprise Admin access and must be familiar with navigating Epic and generating reports. 

Phase 3: Follow-Up meeting

During this 2-hour virtual meeting, your leaders and invited team members will meet with your KiteTech Agency Consultant, who will continue to complete the live data review, which includes:
