Lauren Roberts

Lauren Roberts began her insurance career as a licensed agent working in both benefits and commercial lines and gaining extensive knowledge of differing workflows. Her varied background prepared her for a successful transition to administration and accounting. She quickly became an expert in agency accounting and support functions. Lauren played an integral role in her agency’s move from Applied TAM to Epic and maintains a deep knowledge of both systems. As Director of Agency Consulting, Lauren manages the department and oversees consulting engagements. Lauren leads projects for Applied Epic Optimization, provides employee training and workflow development, performs data and procedural audits, and assists with Applied Epic Migrations. In addition to her work as a Consultant, she shares her knowledge of Epic by actively presenting at national and regional Applied Client Network meetings throughout the year.

Kellie has held various roles in the insurance industry for the last 6 years. She received her Property & Casualty Insurance license and ACSR (Accredited Customer Service Representative) designation while working in commercial lines, gaining knowledge in Applied Epic before joining the Kite Tech Consulting team. Her primary role at Kite Tech is helping our clients achieve and maintain agency efficiency and productivity through Data and Procedural auditing. She also assists with workflow development, commission entry and data testing as well as providing support to the Consulting Team where needed.
