Jeff, the company founder, has been actively involved in many aspects of technology since the mid 70’s. The past 26 years he has focused on all aspects of technology that keep small businesses running well. His areas of specialty include network and system design, server configuration, terminal services, and the integration of communications technologies including local area networks and the internet. Jeff has consulted with insurance agencies throughout the US, and speaks regularly at local, regional and national insurance conferences.
Greg DiDio joined KiteTech in 2005 after 17 years at Constellation Energy. He has 25 years of leadership experience, with the last 18 focused on information technology management. Greg has been instrumental in bringing enterprise IT management solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. He specializes in building the processes necessary to consistently deliver superior service to KiteTech clients. Greg has a passion for developing leaders and creating a corporate culture where team members can grow and prosper. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Loyola University (Maryland).
Having become frustrated with my experience in the world of business sales, I am finally working with a company that values the “Win/Win” relationship that I will only work for. I thrive in the “Trusted Adviser” role and Kite Technology gives me the opportunity and freedom to do so. Daniel Gilbert joined Kite Tech over 7 years ago as a technical intern. Since then, Daniel has held several different positions at Kite Tech including support technician, project manager, and team lead. He earned a B. S. in Software Development from Stevenson University, where he exercised his passion for manipulating software. He leverages this passion at Kite Tech by finding innovative ways to drive consistency and efficiency with process enforcement and automation. Today, he is in the final stages of earning an MBA from Loyola University, where he has developed an appreciation for management, finance, and marketing.
As Director of Professional Services at Kite Technology, Adam is passionate about consulting with organizations across the country to help them develop and execute an infrastructure strategy that meets their business technology needs and future objectives. Additionally, Adam oversees and manages the planning and implementation of all client projects related to onboarding, hardware and software upgrades and cloud adoption.
Andrew DiDio joined KiteTech in 2017 upon graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park with degrees in Finance and International Business. Since 2017 he has revolutionized invoicing practices, developed cost control processes, and managed client profitability metrics. He earned a place on the Executive Leadership Team at the end of 2018. In his free time Andrew is the Director of the College/Young Adult ministry at LifePoint Church and enjoys hiking, cycling, and travelling with friends and family.
With over 15 years of experience as a licensed Commercial Lines Account Executive and Systems Administrator, Chip Seelig has a strong understanding of the needs and desires of business professionals and insurance agencies. As the Director of Client Experience at Kite Technology, Chip and his staff are charged with strategically managing client accounts to ensure that they are not only receiving top-notch IT services today but also preparing for future growth. Because Chip can speak to both non-technical and technical people with ease, clients get tailored, actionable advice from a trusted partner. Chip is also actively involved in education and is a regular presenter for Applied Client Network, NetVU, and Kite Technology.
Lauren Tripp began her insurance career as a licensed agent working in both benefits and commercial lines and gaining extensive knowledge of differing workflows. Her varied background prepared her for a successful transition to administration and accounting. She quickly became an expert in agency accounting and support functions. Lauren played an integral role in her agency’s move from Applied TAM to Epic and maintains a deep knowledge of both systems. As Director of Agency Consulting, Lauren manages the department and oversees consulting engagements. Lauren leads projects for Applied Epic Optimization, provides employee training and workflow development, performs data and procedural audits, and assists with Applied Epic Migrations. In addition to her work as a Consultant, she shares her knowledge of Epic by actively presenting at national and regional Applied Client Network meetings throughout the year.
Aurora Burg has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her background includes consulting, training, sales, marketing, management, underwriting, and claims. Aurora has held various leadership positions within the Applied Client Network, where most recently she served on the Board of Directors. She is a licensed P&C agent and has earned her CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) and CIC (Certified Insurance Consultant) designations. Aurora graduated from Lehigh University with a BS in Marketing. Areas of expertise include: Epic migration and utilization, workflow efficiency, reports, marketing and quoting accounts, group benefits and sales automation.
