KiteTech has industry-leading experience providing network solutions for insurance agencies that use the Applied Systems' The Agency Manager® and Vision Series™ products.
We currently serve customers in the Baltimore-Washington corridor, Annapolis, South Central Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and Wilmington.

- Jeff, the company founder, has been actively involved in many aspects of technology since the mid 70's. The past 10 years he has focused on the technology that makes Applied's software work well. His areas of specialty include network and system design, server configuration, terminal services, and the integration of communications technologies including local area networks and the internet. Jeff has consulted with insurance agencies throughout the US, and speaks regularly at ASCNet local, regional and national conferences. He has been married for 23 years to the most amazing woman in the world, and has two great teenagers. He is very involved with his local church, and volunteers with Boy Scouts and other teenage groups.

- Greg recently joined KiteTech after a 17 year career at Baltimore Gas & Electric Company. He comes to KiteTech with 12 years managerial experience, and 6 years experience in information technology management. Greg specializes in building business processes to consistently and effectively deliver exceptional customer service. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Loyola College (Maryland).

- Kathy has worked for KiteTech for 8 years. She is a Certified Network Administrator and a Certified Public Accountant. Before coming to KiteTech, Kathy spent 10 years as the controller for Insurance Services Group. She is an expert in the configuration, support, and operation of Applied's The Agency Manager® and fax@vantage™ software. Kathy has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Baltimore.

- Daniel has worked for KiteTech for 4 years. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional with 8 years experience troubleshooting various computer and network problems. Daniel specializes in solving those particularly challenging puzzles that leave other analysts scratching their heads. Daniel and his wife Alicia live in Richmond, Virginia and Daniel supports Kite Tech's clients remotely from there.
